About James

James Leo is a solar specialists here at RCL Enterprises Inc. He was born and raised in Cape May County, New Jersey and still resides there to this day. James is a family man who enjoys spending time with his children (Nicholas who is a great athlete and excels in academics, and Isabella who excels at academics and is a talented artist) as well as attending their many extracurricular events. James also enjoys surfing, working out, riding his motorcycle, and fishing.

James Leo began working with RCL Enterprises Inc. in May of 2013 as a solar specialist and has been working in the solar industry since 2006. Before that he was a foreman for a custom home builder. When the housing market took a downturn, James Leo began selling solar on a commercial level after learning that solar energy could be delivered to customers at much less than the utility companies charge. He thoroughly believes in the concept of society moving away from using fossil fuels and the environmental impacts of using clean 100% renewable energy.

While working with a solar company who discontinued offering a certain solar program, James came across members of the RCL team. Having known of the company and after researching some of their previous work, the company's work ethics, and digging a bit more; it wasn't too long till James sat down with Nicole Biro to speak of a job opportunity. He began selling solar energy with RCL and hasn't looked back since!

Though his target audience is the southeastern part of South Jersey including Cape May County and Atlantic County, James still does business throughout other counties in South Jersey.
