About Buddy

Buddy Avis grew up in Alloway, NJ and is proud to be a solar specialist with RCL. Buddy started his career as an HVAC service technician and has transitioned into a special needs teacher for the Transitional Career Program at Salem County Special Services School District, where he teaches his students career and workplace readiness skills. He takes pride in educating his students on how things work and this passion led him straight to RCL Solar.

Buddy prides himself on not "selling" a job but educating his customers on what would best suit their individual needs. After an unfortunate experience with another solar company at his own home, he felt compelled to join RCL and make sure his customers never faced that kind of frustration. He takes the time to meet with all his customers and he presents all options for their solar journey. Working closely with his customers and listening with intent make his customers know they made the right choice with RCL.

Buddy loves the RCL company not only because it is local and family owned, but also because everyone who deals with the company is made to feel like family. From the educated staff to the wonderful customers, the entire experience with RCL is one of a kind.
