About Mike

A team member since 2007, Mike has performed many roles here at RCL. Mike is originally from Monmouth County and now resides in Cumberland County. He was hired as a finish carpenter, but his versatility and integrity enabled him to excel in many roles including but not limited to: solar installation, estimator, project manager, and Solar Specialist. He has extensive knowledge of the solar process from design to operation of both residential and commercial solar PV systems. Mike prides himself on his ability to take the customers' vision of a project and achieve results that surpass expectation. His direct and realistic approach helps to quickly identify the best possible options available to his clients based on all pre-existing conditions in an absolutely no pressure atmosphere. He is motivated, forthcoming, and his commitment to excellence cannot be overshadowed. These attributes have made Mike an integral part of the RCL family.

Personally, Mike is a proud and dedicated American family man, husband, and father. He is an avid hunter, natural conservationist, saltwater fisherman, and aspiring charter captain who prefers to be outside. Mike likes to blend work and recreation whenever possible, often discussing solar options with customers during a morning fishing session. His additional interests include lure-making, archery, cooking, and music.
